About Us

Stu has 20 years experience within the contracting industry.

He began his career with the Rotorua District Council working his way up to Public Gardens foreman managing a number of staff, and planning and implementing various public gardens.

Stu then developed his own company, UrbanGreen Landscapes, which has been operating in Rotorua for the past 15 years. UrbanGreen employs a team of qualified contractors who undertake all aspects of landscaping and have won numerous awards for their work. Stu’s passion for the industry has led him to develop UrbanGreen as a Franchise opportunity.

Stu’s experience also includes the development of various commercial real estate properties.

Mai has been involved in small businesses within the trades industry for the past 20 years, including assisting with the management of a construction business, administration of accounts and liason with Council and other related trade industries. She also has experience in property investing including project management roles and the management of an investment portfolio.

Mai currently works as a marketing consultant, and is account manager for various companies within the Rotorua area.

LocknLoad is the brainchild of Stu Dennis and Mai Aoake
Having had personal experience of just how much go can wrong when there isn't a more effective form of job management and recording other than diaries, note pads and scraps of paper, they asked themselves if mobile phones could be used to transmit text and digital photo images to a secure online storage facility. They then asked Google. Nothing they researched came close to their ideal. Their next step was to commission a leading New Zealand software developer to create the proprietary and patented system that is now LocknLoad.

The LocknLoad patent recognizes the unique process of sending by mobile phone text and digital photo images, which are time and dated, direct to a secure online storage account allocated to each user within the LocknLoad Website. This information once it enters LocknLoad cannot be manipulated.
